Offline cs-go maps for training
I haven’t played CSGO for 3 months. It was time to get back to it. In this post, I’m going to share with you some useful maps from the workshop I use regularly.
Aim and stuff training maps The 2 unavoidable maps you should know to train your aim :
AIM-BOTZ Training Map
Perhaps the best known map for practicing, this 360-degree map allows you to shoot static or mobile bots. Buttons are available on the walls to adjust the bots as well as the distance and circumference of the map.
You can hit the play button to start the 100 bots challenge in which you have to eliminate 100 bots as quickly as possible.
An alternative to this map could be Yprac Bot Arena which has a cleaner style.
The second map, Yprac Aim Arena, is similar to the previous one but more focused on accuracy. There are no bots but targets, you can either work on your spray, precision or reactivity.
YpracAimArena
BananaGaming, a CSGO youtuber made a video describing YpracAimArena and all these features :
A flaw in using this map is that you can’t train by being mobile or by peeking. Fortunately, there are modified deathmatch maps where you have to practice eliminating bots while being mobile. Bots are placed in the most frequent positions and you have to complete a timed course.
Yprac practice mods is available for all maps in the Active Duty Map Pool
When the map launches you have to choose the mode, whether it is “peek practice” (as i described above), “prefire practice” or “smoke practice“. The “smoke practice” mode is very interesting for learning smokes from various positions. There’s even a mode to learn molotov or flash. Positions are displayed in game with an indication of how to throw the stuff. Can be “jump and throw”, “throw” or “walk and throw”…
Another map that I appreciate to practise aiming with moving bots is FAST AIM/REFLEX MAP.
FAST AIM/REFLEX MAP
Bots are running towards your position. If you can’t kill them they fall into the hole around you. Buttons are available to add or remove bots in case it is either too easy or too hard.
Jumps training maps Movements and jumps are paramount in this game. The following map shows official map pieces with jumps that are difficult to execute. This is more entertaining than training your aim for hours. However more frustrating when you fail jumps several times in a row.

As many games, CSGO official servers allows bunny hop but are capped at a speed of 300. Bunny-Hopping lets you simply move faster than running by increasing your speed by 50. I’m not going to teach you how to bunny-hop so do some research in case you would like to do it.
The goal is to jump from platform to platform. The velocity is not fixed thus exceeding 300 speed is possible. The cops won’t catch you. Bhop Infinity
